The
subject of this painting is of an expanding woman in the midst
of creating for creation's sake. To me it represents the incomparable
feeling of enjoyment when I'm painting. This is one image of
a group - studies originally intended for an installation at
the Respectable St. South in Miami.
The
latest rendering of this image is still in production as of November
2002. I started this project in 1998. The picture on the right
is the most current image of the painting.
